What is the origin of Revel in Books?

Revel in Books is based in The Netherlands. You can contact us in either English or Dutch, whichever you prefer. The items are created in and shipped from The Netherlands

How do you deliver?

All orders are processed within 2 business days, unless notified otherwise.

Orders are shipped or delivered on all days except for sundays and national holidays, unless communicated otherwise.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery in this specific case. We will do our absolute best to always post the items within two business days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to all countries in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Please feel free to contact us if you live outside those regions. We're happy to look into the possibilities for you!

How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification per email with a Track and Trace code. With that code you can check the delivery status of your order.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

If you need to modify or change your order, please follow these steps,

Provide Order Details Include your order number and the specific changes you would like to make.

Timing Matters Please note that we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Confirmation Once we have received your request, we will confirm the changes and update you on the status of your order.

Do you have gift packaging options?

We currently deliver all our items handpacked in an exclusive giftwrap free of charge. Do you want to add a personal note? Please let us know after placing your order. You can inform us by email via inquiries@revelinbooks.com. We're happy to help!

How do I take care of my new purchased items?

How to take care for your gold plated items?

  • Avoid contact with substances such as water, perfume and chemicals, so it won't dull the colour and shine.
  • Place your items back in the gifted pouch after wear to prevent scratches.
  • When desired, you can always polish the item with the provided cloth.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a great variety of different payment options including iDeal, Paypall, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Meastro, Mastercard and Visa.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Quality control is very important to us at Revel in Books. As we want to provide you with beautiful items of a certain quality. An item you can wear or use time and time again. Something you receive and immediately adore.

In order to achieve this, we have several quality checks in place.

Materials We do a quality check when we have received the materials we need in order to make final the product. Anything that is not up to our standard will not be used for our products. Because we care about the environment, we will always look into the option of recycling or upcycling these materials so they won't go to waste.

Creation When we have created the item we also do a quality check to make sure the product is up to par. We also do several durability tests to test the longevity of the item.

Finalisation We do a final quality check when we are preparing your order. After this quality control, we package your item with care, so it will make it to you unscathed. 

With all these checks in place we hope to prevent any quality issues. However, accidents can happen. So if there is anything wrong with your purchased Revel in Books item, please reach out to us.

We want to make sure that you love your product and providing the right quality is an essential part of this. So when our product is lacking in this regard, we will do our absolute best to set it right.

When you reach out to us about a quality issue, we kindly ask you to attach photos of the item to your request. Preferably photos that have been taken from two different angles and in natural lighting. With these photos we can make sure we learn what went wrong with the item, so we can improve our products for the future.

How is your return and refund policy?

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
